We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from 'blackluckycat'. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may choose to return your order to us for a full refund, as long as the following conditions are met:
1. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If you wish to return an item to "blackluckycat", please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery.
2. ARE THERE RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Shipping costs will not be refunded
The fee will be refunded to the original payment method
If you have placed a special order, it must be returned to any of our store locations. (Note: shipping cost is free)
Your order is returned in its original condition (product, packaging, miscellaneous items such as instruction sheets, etc., all in original condition and intact).
Please contact us if you would like to request a return. If the above conditions have been met and your return is authorized, we will issue your refund (once we receive the returned order). Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be fully processed.

If your product is damaged or defective from a "blackluckycat" shipment or from an in-store purchase, we will exchange or refund this product. To return or exchange an order, please follow the steps below for a purchase in the blackluckycat store. Contact email: Support@Blackluckycat.com
4. HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON'T LIVE NEAR A "blackluckycat"?
If you do not live near an "blackluckycat" location, items you purchased from the store can be returned by mail. We recommend using USPS or UPS to ship your products back to the store by following the steps below:
Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, a "blackluckycat" gift card will be issued and mailed upon return.
Add a note explaining your exchange (color, size, etc.) or return request
Include your contact information, including phone and email, only if the store needs to contact you
The product(s) may be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. For the stores delivery address, please see (Website Address)
Go to your local USPS or UPS store to ship the return and keep a record of the return tracking number
Please note: If you request a return or exchange and the store is out of stock, a "blackluckycat" gift card will be issued and sent back to your shipping address.
